This second instalment in the Clive series has him trying out lots of different jobs for size. Clive has decided to try out as a waiter and his merry band of friends are happy to pose as customers. Clive busily takes Amy's coat and scarf and shows her the menu; he wheels out the food trolley; he finds a high chair for Asif's baby; he takes Jeffrey's order for bunny's penguin's and croc's lunches; he does lots of tidying away. His only mishap is when Wilfred complains that he didn't order a shark on a plate! As always, Clive's role play is full of realistic and relatable details and, for him and his friends, there is never a gender stereotype in sight.
