Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail to deliver small UK orders and Parcelforce to deliver larger UK orders. Individual books that are in stock usually arrive within 2 days for First Class orders and 4 days for Second Class orders. Orders for book packs can take longer than the stated delivery times depending on stock availability. 

If an individual title is out of stock, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery in the UK. If the order is required urgently or you are ordering multiple copies of a single title, customers are advised to check stock availability when placing the order by emailing us at info@letterboxlibrary.com

If you are placing an order from a country other than the UK, please contact us. We will be able to give you a choice of posting options. International orders are generally dispatched in under 14 days.

**Please note that our opening times are Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. If you are placing an order on our website during the weekend, orders will be despatched the following week.**
