Welcome to Redbird Road. And to Koya and her pals, Hassan and Alex. They love to visit elderly Mrs Fig with her storytelling, costume making skills and cookie trays. But then, one day, Dad says that Mrs Fig is leaving. Kaya decides that they need to have a street leaving party. And so, she and her dad get to work on a vegan cake, Hassan and his mum prep some falafels and Alex and all her family join forces to make a veggie pie. 
 
A small -and very ethnically diverse- community work in perfect harmony to celebrate a much loved neighbour.
