A group of toddlers enjoy the wind as it tickles and ruffles and swooshes and howls and then, finally, ever so gently, sighs. Nice little sound effects and a joyful tribute to outdoor imaginative play. A delightful, multicultural series which also has images of disability (in this case we see a child with Down syndrome and a child wearing a hearing aid).
